Honestly, I visited this store today and it was the best experience in a book store I've ever had. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgable and we had great conversation. He had just sold the last copy of the book I went in to buy, but gave me some other great options regarding the genre I was looking for. Go in with an open mind and ask questions, you might be pleasantly surprised!

I have to say hands off the best shopping experience!!! Aggy was super helpful when I did not know what book to purchase for my dad and she even had me buying a couple for myself! I suggest this book store over any in town! It was such ab amazing experience!

When I walked up to the entrance I was drawn further in by the soft jazz music playing in the background. It has been a long time since I have been surrounded by books! It was very calming and soothing! Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful selection of books and wonderful friendly service!!!

Great little bookstore! Really got me out of a pinch this past Christmas when I was unsuccessfully trying to find the cat kid comic book club books for an Xmas gift for my son. They had the 2 I couldn't find anywhere else. I love bookstores almost as much as craft stores and I'm glad this place exists because without it Plattsburgh wouldn't have one and there are soooo few left in this area. 😭

Very Cute bookstore, loved my time here! Agnes was a joy to talk to. She'll take time to offer you recommendations if you ask for them, and she's super friendly! I ended that day with two lovely books. Definitely recommend you give it a visit if you're in Plattsburgh :)

First let me say Agnes and her husband are wonderful people. Second, I was given the opportunity to display some of my photographs in their store with great success. The amount of books and artworks here are worth stopping in to check out! Tell Agnes that JESSE from Pittsburgh sent you!
